Strategy Phase

We conduct market research to give you an assessment on your target market. This will help us to maintain your brand’s competitive edge. Your visual identity is paramount online, as you need to be recognized by your audience and stay consistent within your branding throughout your site, social media, platforms, advertisements, and brand collateral. We make sure you are giving a clear, consistent, and clean visual identity to your audience for a truly professional, buttoned-up look.  To help accomplish this we will create a custom wireframe to aid in the design of the site.

Design Phase

Once have an acceptable wireframe we then dive into the design process.  We will take into account your color scheme and specific design needs when we do this initial home page design spec. We will use high quality graphics and design techniques to create a website masterpiece.  All of our packages come with unlimited design revisions to ensure that you will get exactly what you want.

• Site Elements (header, navigation tabs, footer links)

Development Phase

Once we have the site designed in an image format, we then convert these images into a working WordPress theme.  We call this the development phase.  Included in this phase we also make sure all sub pages are completed and we make sure that the site is fully responsive.  Some people refer to this as the site being “mobile friendly.”  We finish up the project by doing any additional programming that is needed and then, we end with a full round of site testing.

Deliverables

Timeline: 2 Weeks*

• WordPress mobile responsive website development
• Create up to twenty informational web pages
  • If client would like to have Cool Cat Interactive build out more pages, we can do that however we may have to charge an additional fee.
  • For each web page we will add content (text/images) provided by client. Content will follow best practices for general formatting which includes matching font style/size/color for headline and sub-text and adding up to 3 images per page with text wrapping around images. Cool Cat can create certain types of content upon request.
• Embed up to 5 videos – Videos must reside on YouTube/Vimeo.
• WordPress blog page if needed
• Up to three contact forms with up to ten fields per form.
• High-end design elements – sliders & hover overs will be implemented if needed
• Google Analytics integration
• Add social media and sharing icons
• Browser compliance and quality control site testing
• Creation of a username and password situation where users will have a very simple profile.
• Mailchimp or Constant Contact integration

Radar Report: Instant, Verified, Anonymous
Radar Reporting provides direction and reduces anxiety by shedding light on your competitive market place.  Submit your key numbers and receive a peer to peer review and comparisons related to how you are doing relative to your competitive set of like restaurants / bars.

To start we are looking for the basics….Just anonymous sales comparison….

Home page:
Saying who we are what we are doing and maybe an area where we can have some industry news….Also an area to have sponsors

A User Login Page:
For users to input their information…….Name, location, type of establishment how many sq feet….Monthly sales per sq. foot….

Important Functions:
Need to verify they are a real business (Maybe EIN Number)
Need to be able to Verify their sales are correct(Maybe tax returns)
Need to be able to send email notifications/reminders about entering monthly sales

Possible Future Features:
Charge for membership of Radar Report
Ability to enter more data, like current rent, avg. pay, manager pay

A User Navigation Page:
Here they will be able to toggle to like restaurants that have signed up for RadarReport and see how they compare to the average. Maybe a map or a list of like restaurants that is compiled through the “User log in page”

Important Functions:
Need to be able to compare avg. sales per sq. foot to 5 like businesses

Possible Future Functions:
The ability to compare other bench mark numbers to like businesses
The ability to send surveys to owners…For example what Vodka are you selling the most?
The ability to post their business for sale anonymously (This gets rid of having to do NDA’s and gives the user the ability to sell their restaurant faster and without brokers)

Backend User Page:
Here we will need to capture all entered data for future analytics. It would be best if all collected information here was anonymous but had the ability to be historical. For example, when the Waterfront becomes a member they get a code assigned to it, 00001 and 00001’s information is saved and gets compared that way…

Important Functions:
We will need to capture and store as much data and historical data as possible, this will allow us to find trends and help create a voice among restaurant owners.
