Strategy Phase

We conduct market research to give you an assessment on your target market. This will help us to maintain your brand’s competitive edge. Your visual identity is paramount online, as you need to be recognized by your audience and stay consistent within your branding throughout your site, social media, platforms, advertisements, and brand collateral. We make sure you are giving a clear, consistent, and clean visual identity to your audience for a truly professional, buttoned-up look.  To help accomplish this we will create a custom wireframe to aid in the design of the site.

Design Phase

Once have an acceptable wireframe we then dive into the design process.  We will take into account your color scheme and specific design needs when we do this initial home page design spec. We will use high quality graphics and design techniques to create a website masterpiece.  All of our packages come with unlimited design revisions to ensure that you will get exactly what you want.

Development Phase

Once we have the site designed in an image format, we then convert these images into a working WordPress theme.  We call this the development phase.  Included in this phase we also make sure all sub pages are completed and we make sure that the site is fully responsive.  Some people refer to this as the site being “mobile friendly.”  We finish up the project by doing any additional programming that is needed and then, we end with a full round of site testing.

Deliverables

Timeline: 4 Weeks*

• WordPress mobile responsive website development
• Create up to thirty web pages
  • For each web page we will add content (text/images) provided by client. Content will follow best practices for general formatting which includes matching font style/size/color for headline and sub-text and adding up to 3 images per page with text wrapping around images. Cool Cat can create certain types of content upon request.
• Embed up to 5 videos – Videos must reside on YouTube/Vimeo.
• WordPress blog page if needed
• Up to three contact forms with up to ten fields per form.
• High-end design elements – sliders & hover overs will be implemented if needed
• Google Analytics integration
• Add social media and sharing icons
• Browser compliance and quality control site testing
• Creation of a username and password situation where users will have a simple profile.
• Want the dealers and distributors to also do their ordering online
